Since 2005
Quanzhou Tianjiao Lady & Baby's Hygiene Supply Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005. It is a large-scale manufacturing enterprise of maternal and infant hygiene products integrating R&D, production, sales and service. It has 3 large product production bases covering an area of 700 acres in Quanzhou Shuangyang and Hubei Xiaogan. Over 400,000sqm modern standard factory buildings have been built. Currently, our company has over 2,500 employees and more than 50 modern high-speed production lines for hygiene products.

History of Development

• 2005: Quanzhou Tianjiao Lady & Baby's Hygiene Supply Co., Ltd. was officially established, introducing the first production line and officially entering the hygiene products industry
• 2008: It introduced 5 production lines and passed ISO quality system certification. Its own brands, Joyous and Homebaby, were awarded "China's Famous Brands"
• 2011: Introduced 4 diaper production lines, promoted brand upgrade, invested 120 million yuan, and built an 80-acre hygiene product production base
• 2014: The e-commerce department was established, the Homebaby brand entered the top 5 in domestic diaper sales, and an 80-acre new production base was fully completed
• 2015: The total sales volume of the e-commerce merchant depot has entered the top ten in the industry. It has established the brands "Beishi" and "Momcozy" and established express warehouses to improve the timeliness of delivery
• 2017: Build a million-level R&D laboratory, use technology to assist development, and MID-to-high-end series products dominate. 30,000sqm modern production workshops and warehouses were put into use, and 21 production lines were completed and put into operation
• 2019: 8 advanced production lines have been introduced, the company has over 1,000 employees, and the third phase of the 80,000sqm production base has been built
• 2020: Comprehensively deploy and develop a series of adult diapers and pet diapers, with a production line that can reach up to 800 pcs/minute and an annual production capacity of 2.5 billion pcs, striving to be the leader in the world's hygiene products industry
• 2021: The new live broadcast track has a multi-brand layout, a cross-border e-commerce department has been established, and both offline and online efforts have been made. Annual sales have increased by leaps and bounds, and a new sanitary napkin production base has been put into production
• 2022: Carry out lean production management, build a 5G digital park, put into operation robotic arms, AGV cars, AI intelligent applications, etc., and fully launch digital transformation construction, with a production capacity of more than 4 billion pcs that year
• 2023: The 5G smart production base has initially achieved results. The Hubei Xiaogan production base has begun construction, covering an area of 210 acres, and 12 new smart production lines. There are 35 production lines in total, with a production capacity exceeding 5 billion pcs
